Shipping & Handling:

All sale will be delivered to door within 7-10 business days to most major USA states upon order. However, exceptions may arise due to increment weather or other factors. Your delivery updates and order shipment status will be informed via e-mail once order is placed. Please note additional charges may apply for certain shipments with special requirements or upon request by customer.

Upon Receipt/Delivery of Product:

Please note upon delivery it is the customer’s responsibility to open, inspect and verify the product for the condition upon receipt/delivery. Orders may come in individual boxes or on a pallet. Please check for any apparent physical damages upon arrival, ensure the order shipped are correct and are not damaged during transit. All products leave our warehouse in perfect condition but if you notice torn or damaged boxes, or any signs of mishandled shipment, please take pictures and if the shipment requires physical signature upon delivery to note this damage by writing a detailed description of the damage on the Delivery Form presented to you by the trucking company/LTL Carrier driver for signature before signing. If the damage is severe, we recommend you refuse the shipment entirely.

For any damages or incorrect products, please contact Cortiça Garden within 2 business days at 800 755 2141 or by e-mail at order@corticagarden.com describing the nature of damages and copy of your Delivery Form. Cortiça Garden will not be held responsible for any complaints/claims made after 7 days of receipt of product.

All Sales are Final – No Returns or Exchanges:

All Sales are final. No Sales can be returned for refund or exchange. Exceptions will be made only when it is proven to be manufacturer’s defect or wrong product was shipped in error. In such circumstances, please contact Cortica Garden immediately upon receipt of the product (within 7days) to request for return authorization and replacement of the order. Cortiça Garden will not be held responsible for returns without proper notification within 7days of receipt of product and for any returns or exchanges, please contact Cortiça Garden to make arrangements at 800 755 2141 or by e-mail anytime at order@corticagarden.com. – Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Installation & Installation Concerns:

Please review the installation instructions and maintenance guidelines before installation, planting and taking care of your Cortiça Garden planters. Cortiça Garden is not responsible for problems arising from improper installation, use or care of the Cortiça Garden living wall system.

Please make sure to inspect all ordered items prior to installation and for any discrepancies or quality concerns, please contact Cortiça Garden within 7 days of receipt of order. If you feel any concern during installation about product and/or installation, do not install but contact Cortiça Garden for consultation on installation. Please note to inspect all material before installation. Installation and Use constitutes Acceptance.

Advertising & Promotion:

Cortiça Garden grants Dealers the non-exclusive, revocable license to use its trademarked names and related products in any advertising or promotional activities they choose. The dealer may not alter the names and / or logos under any circumstances. Dealer may never claim that Cortiça Garden products are its own.

Any of the Dealers website pages that talks about our products must prominently display our Cortiça Garden logo/brands to identify that the products are part of Cortiça Garden Vertical System. We will provide our Dealers with approved marketing materials to be used on online and print.

Upon request, Dealer agree and shall send high quality photographs of completed Living Wall Installations and projects to Cortiça Garden. The Dealer further grants Cortiça Garden, the complete copyright to use such photographs for advertising, promotional and marketing purposes.

Plants & Design:

The Dealer is in charge of procuring plants on their own. Cortiça Garden can offer design and plant consultations. These are additional services and fees may apply.

Payment Terms:

Unless otherwise stated, all orders are 100% in advance. We accept Credit Cards, Direct Deposit and Checks.  Orders are not considered effective until payment has cleared.

Pricing:

Products are sold at prices in effect at the time of order.  All pricing is subject to change without notice.

System Warranty:

There is a 1 year product warranty for product only. Cortica Garden is not responsible for problems arising from improper installation, maintenance or use and is not responsible for any installation work or parts.
